I didn’t receive an email confirmation, what should I do then?

If you didn’t receive an email confirmation after two business days please email or call our Customer Service.

How do I pay for order?

Yes, it’s a great question! Right Now, we accept Bkash Payment, DBBL Mobile Banking as well as cash on delivery. But we are in proceeding for all credit card payment soon.

How Can I understand my size and fit of the frames.

Ans 1. At Nine Optic, we offer glasses normally medium size. Almost 90% of our customers in our country need a medium size frame to be the best fit.

if my bought glasses don’t fit with me? What will be than ?

Don’t worry! It is our responsibility to get the perfect frame for you. In the rare circumstance that your frame don’t fit properly, we make it extremely easy for you to exchange or return the frames, with lenses. If you face any difficulty, just email us on support@nineoptic.com We have a 30 day exchange Policy and 15 day, no-questions return policy and provide instant money back. Do You put the glasses as my Prescription?

Ans 3. Yes, we do. We custom-make glasses with single vision (uni-focal), bifocal, or progressive prescriptions across all powers. Our glasses are 40% cheaper than market average, since we import directly and best of all, we charge the same price.

Will Nine Optic be able to make my complex or High power?

At Nine Optic, we do all powers such as simple and complex.

Where do I have to submit my eye power details?

You can submit your power details after you complete your purchase from online or from our office. We offer multiple options to provide your prescription to us – upload a picture, enter it online, email us (support@nineoptic.com) or send us by whatsapp or Imo: +8801715 846007

Right Now, I don’t have prescription in my hand. Is it important to give it right away during the Purchase?

It’s ok if you don’t have your prescription in your hand, while placing the order. Simply place the order for the frame and provide your power later. It’s really simple!

I don’t know what my prescription is. Can Nine Optic help?

Nine Optic offers Free Eye Check-up from Renowned doctor. But in that cases purchase amount should be more than TK. 8000/- For ordinary Sells, Nine Optic don’t offer free eye checkup. But in future we have a plan for free eye check up for all types of clients.

 I want to try the frames on before making a purchase. Is it possible?

We offer a unique ‘Free Home Trial’ service, across Dhaka city. We send up to 25 frames (from our non-free frame categories) and our delivery executive will bring them to your doorstep for the trial!

How can I be sure of the quality of the frames?

Quality is at the heart of Nine Optic products. Our titanium frames are made from world renowned manufacturer and plastic frames are made from the best quality acetate and TR 90 and our metal frames are made only from stainless steel. We also offer a 1 and 2 year warranty on all our spectacles – in case you have any issues about spectacles, please call us, and we’ll make sure it gets resolved as soon as possible!

I haven’t heard of some of the brands available. How does Nine Optic determine which brands to stock?
